All Sales Are Final: All purchases made on our platform are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products.
Discontinuation of Cash Refunds: As of 01/01/2024, we have discontinued cash refunds for returned items. Instead, customers will receive a store credit equivalent to the amount of the products purchased. Please note that shipping and taxes are not included in the store credit and there is a $10 restock fee deducted as well.
Store Credit Terms:
Return Process: If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact our customer support team at bellessecrets30@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on the return process. In order to qualify for a credit, product must be returned in it's original packaging, unopened.
Exceptions: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Returned to Sender: In the event that your package was unclaimed, returned for insufficient address, there is a $10 fee for us to repackage and send the products back to you. For International, the fee is $25. Pleas contact us via e-mail, bellessecrets30@gmail.com, via chat or instagram.

I ordered 4 items and they sent me that. My order was 133 dollars and that’s my hard earned money and they sent me a yoni wash. If I wanted that I would’ve ordered that but I didn’t. I ordered skincare and body care. Please either refund me or send me my stuff. I’m never ordering from you guys again.

To build customer loyalty, they included 2 free gifts during the second shipment. Belle's skin body oil is simply impeccable. This is the second time I bought it. This is my second time ordering. Cured any itching and smells. When I used it this time I had liquid coming out of me that was as if I had wet myself but after that all the symptoms of my test infection was gone.
